Off duty law agent kills three
Ralph Perea
A photo earlier carried on FB showed 2 people shot and one injuried
that died later and all were shot by a plains clothes off duty law
officer with no evidence of Back up - is a crime that is beyond
jurisdiction of the shooter to be involved with as He is only one left
standing with 3 dead - the degree in murder is based on how long he
left the injured one live without assistance - as in the photo shows
the crowd held at bay by the shooter becomes a suspect of murder one
by the off duty law officer - no matter what was done all is to assist
the injured just like if in a War Zone enemy or not.

Top 2 in Derby jog; Trinniberg an option
Though it was only a jog, Kentucky Derby runner-up Bodemeister looked
well on his way to making a start in the Preakness Stakes at Pimlico
on May 19. On the other hand, Trinniberg owner Shivananda Parbhoo is
so impressed with how well his horse has come out of the Derby that he
might enter him if Bodemeister doesn't run. Also, Derby winner I'll
Have Another jogged once around the Pimlico track on his first day to
the track since winning the Derby. Look for all the latest Preakness

Diablo draws salty, fast pack of sprinters

Seven older males with a combined 49 wins meet in Thursday's $85,000
Diablo Stakes, which could serve as a stepping-stone to the Met Mile
on May 28 or the True North Handicap on June 9. Travelin Man and
Jersey Town, who battled last on the Florida Derby program, are
favorites. There is a pick six carryover of $131,171, to add to the
day's action.

Jerardi: Derby-winning Beyers dip lower

From 1987 to 2011, the average winning Kentucky Derby Beyer was 109.
Until 2009, it was really a given that the winner had to get into that
range. With current Derby champ I'll Have Another getting a 101 last
weekend, that required range is now long gone, says Dick Jerardi.
