draw two Counties together into one College District to serve both
Columbia Jr. College and Modesto Jr College of Tuolumne and Stanislaus
Counties away from influence of County Supervisors. The original
intent is to bring growth to new building in 1968 of 4 year college in
Turlock - The bonds are 30 years and mature in 1998 but a upswing of
Stanislaus State into a University caused a new review for additional
30 years to Assist Both Counties in proper College Education at a
University level begining with the Charter of Yosemite Jr. College
District - But some unhappy trustee as may be or employees felt more
connection with Supervisors were needed and developed the Community
College - Again with 2000 election cause Federal landmark back to
Counties and sperated Supervisors once again and placed the District
of Jr. College into Federal Jurisdiction and allows Governor
appointment of Vacancy to The College Trustee - A plaintiff has to
show the proffered reasons are so weak, implausible, inconsistent,
incoherent, or contradictory that a reasonable fact finder could
rationally find them unworthy of credence and hence infer the employer
did not act for the asserted non-discriminatory reasons. Id.

the stated reason is false; 2) evidence the employer acted contrary to
an existing policy proscribing the action taken; or 3) evidence she
was treated more harshly than similarly situated employees who
violated work rules of comparable seriousness. Kendrick v. Penske
Transp. Services, Inc., 220 F.3d 1220, 1230-31 (10th Cir.2000). To
determine whether pretext has been shown, the facts must be examined
as they appeared to the persons making the employment decisions.
Salguero v. City of Clovis, 366 F.3d 1168, 1176 (10th Cir. 2004). "An
employer may reasonably prioritize trustworthiness over other
nondiscriminatory characteristics indetermining whether to discharge
an employee for misconduct."
