Hello Tammy Dawn Perea JTWROS, Today's update shows you how to set up social networks in the HootSuite dashboard. You may have started this process with help from the Quick Start Guide, but we want to share a few more tips. For starters, HootSuite supports several social networks and adding these accounts is easy. For step by step instructions, visit the help desk articles or get jump started right away with the simple instructions below: Add a social network Delete a social network Which social networks does HootSuite currently support? Adding Social Network Profiles 1. First, click the Owl the top left of your screen then choose Settings, then Social Networks and click "Add Social Networks." 2. Then, select the social network from the pop up window and click "Add Now." 3. In the pop up window, click the button to login to your account. You're done! Your social network will now appear as a dashboard tab. HootSuite supports many social networks but if you have an idea for one you'd like to see, cast a vote at the Feature Request channel. Seeing the results of your campaigns allows you to quickly adjust tactics and maximize the results of your efforts. HootSuite offers several ways to track and analyze stats. For starters, by using Ow.ly – the built-in url shortener – you can gather near real-time results on clicks including breakdowns by region, referrer and date. This is a great way compare which types of messages attract interest and also see where your fans are at. As always, HootSuite's Help Desk outlines the details – along with the short tips below, take a look at these articles: Shrinking a link using Ow.ly Viewing Summary Statistics Viewing Individual Message Statistics Connecting Google Analytics with HootSuite Getting Started with Stats 1. First off, shorten your links with Owly by pasting your links in the box and clicking "shrink" – you'll then see your shortened web address within the message box 2. After you've sent the message, view results by clicking the Owl > choosing Stats > then clicking Summary Stats – select a social profile to see the associated statistical charts 3. To see results of individual tweets, again just click the Owl, select Stats, then chose the Individual Message tab - choose the profile to see all the messages and click View Stats for details Creating Stats Reports Share your reults by creating reports by choosing the print or export icons in the top right corner. What kinds of things should you report?

Allegations of violations that impact the integrity of Federal tax administration and IRS programs. This includes allegations of misconduct by IRS employees.

Allegations of improprieties, false claims and fraud by outside contractors attempting to defraud the IRS by utilizing deceptive contract methods.

Allegations of identity theft where any individual (s) impersonated the IRS or an IRS employee or used words, letters, symbols, or IRS emblems to illegally obtain personal, confidential or private financial information.

Examples of specific allegations that should be reported include, but are not limited to: attempts by taxpayers to bribe IRS personnel; extortion or misuse of position by IRS personnel; assaults and/or threats by taxpayers against IRS employees; schemes involving the use of computer technology or mail that impersonate the IRS or IRS personnel; misconduct by tax practitioners (falsification of qualifications, theft of IRS tax remittances and theft of IRS tax refunds).
